A: With the power and technology of Microsoft® Office Live Small Business templates we will create a website for you -- active and running 30 days or less. In our initial meeting, we will contact you to find out your specific business needs in order to create a customized online presence for your company.
We will not use high level technical jargon, there are no "hidden fees", we will walk you through all the basics and commit to the highest levels of responsiveness and transparency in the industry.
A: Are you tired of seeing promotions that promise to deliver for a great introductory price, and then pull a bait and switch? Not us. We believe in being completely clear with you regarding what we do and how we charge:
$349.99 (plus applicable taxes): With this package you will receive:
An initial consultation meeting to discuss your website objectives
An ACTIVE and ONLINE website consisting of 3 pages: A home page, one contact form page, and 1 more page suiting your needs (e.g. Company History, Products, etc). Based on our initial interview with you (included in the $349.99), we will help write the text for your website and populate the images you request.
Your website will be completed within the timeframe promised or your money back
Once your website is complete, we do not try to charge you extras -- such as additional for "hosting services" -- why?? Because your website will be running off the Microsoft® Office Live Small Business network (which is at present free to the general public, we will not charge you for something that is already free) guaranteeing that you will have continuous uptime with the Microsoft network backbone.
A: After your we complete your site, your choices are the following:
Option 1: We can hand over complete administrative rights for your website to you to maintain moving forward. No hidden fees, etc. We appreciate your business and hope that you will return and refer us to others.
Option 2: We can continue to maintain your website for a monthly fee of $29.99 (plus applicable taxes) upon completion. This includes development of new pages (maximum 1 new page per month) or updates to existing ones (maximum 5 minor updates per month).
Option 3: We can host a one on one training session to teach you to administer your own website moving forward for only $50 for the hour. You are then free to administer your website with the skills you've learned.
There are several options that are available through Microsoft® Office Live Small Business services as your business grows. You are NEVER obligated in our contracts to purchase these services and Bliss Technology Group will not solicit you to do so unless you request additional functionality.
A: Our clients come from different industries -- vineyards, party planning, and even photography studios. We designed our very own website on the same platform we will use for yours.
A: Your customer satisfaction is our greatest concern. Throughout the process of developing your website, we will attempt to respond to your inquiries within 24 hours or less. Our web support services end if you choose to administer the website yourself after completion, and obviously continue should you choose to have us administer for a monthly fee of $29.99 (plus applicable taxes) per month.
