I started my career in Information Technology in 1998, having worked at Ingram Micro (the world's largest IT distributor) and Microsoft with no prior technical experience. Therefore, I understand the daunting challenges that individuals face as it pertains to technology in their businesses -- concerns around network set-up, data lines, retail systems, uptime, security; it can be overwhelming when you're trying to stay profitable focusing on your core expertise.
Having worked at a non-profit organization, as a database administrator - I grew to further understand the importance of supporting the local community and lack of technological training and resources available to the general public.
"Bliss Technology Group" is a brainchild from my experience in these two worlds, to bring our organization's high-level expertise to companies of all sizes, at an affordable price and allow them the freedom to focus on their organization's growth. We believe that business to business growth can only empower and drive prosperity in the community.

They say that "Ignorance is Bliss". That may be true in a number of things, but when it comes to technology I believe there is much we can do so support people of all ages and economic statuses to realize their dreams by empowering them with a better understanding of how embracing technology can enrich their lives and businesses, as it has mine.
